Rhona Law is the sole proprietor of and works in partnership with the Bear Creek Golf Club. Rhona is a Class A LPGA Teaching Professional whose mission is to make the game of golf enjoyable for golfers at every level.

Presently, Rhona is the Grande Prairie Public School Division Academy Golf Coach, an LPGA candidate advisor and an LPGA site director for Girls Golf Programs. She is one of the very few Canadian LPGA instructors and is proud to have supported golf in the Peace Region for the last 15 years.

Rhona’s interest in golf grew from a junior who loved all sports to becoming a local, provincial and international competitor. She had been told by many that she had a gift for teaching and now concentrates on fulfilling her passion to grow the game of golf. Rhona’s dedication to teaching the game of golf has resulted in satisfied customers with a variety of goals for their own game. It’s common to hear a student comment after a lesson “I’ve never heard it that way before. I get it now!”

Rhona’s achievements include:

2015 – Rules Official at the LPGA CME Global International Women’s Golf Playoff
2014 – LPGA Golf for Women Golf Schools (Tennessee)
2012 – Nominated for Golf Teacher of the Year
2011 – Nominated for LPGA Junior Golf Teacher of the Year
2004 – Fast Track to LPGA CLass A Teacher

I like Rhona very much. She has helped me be a very good golfer. She laughs at me and my jokes but she also wants me to focus when I have to. I like her very much as a teacher. She has been my teacher for quite a long time already ever since I started golfing at the age of 6 years old. You will love her as your teacher.
