About Rhona Law
Rhona began playing golf 25 years ago in Kitimat B.C. after her family immigrated there from the Highlands of Scotland.
While a student at Vancouver Community College Rhona earned a gold and silver medal in golf at the B.C. games. This was not her only college success. She also played soccer for the College Falcon’s and was named B.C. All Star 2 years in a row.
She has continued to compete in golf most recently on the Canadian National Tour and the Cactus Tours. She has been an LPGA Teaching Professional since 2004. She is now a Class A instructor and is an advisor to new and aspiring LPGA members.
Rhona has a unique teaching style that reflects her approach to the game. This formula makes it easy for her students to improve. Rhona believes the future of Canadian Golf is in our Juniors. To encourage this she has developed accessible junior camps and leagues for all ages and levels.
When Rhona isn’t teaching or playing on tour she can be found wondering the hallways of Grande Prairie Regional College in the PEAK department as a student in the Fitness Leadership Program.
She might also be spotted flying off to Florida to the LPGA headquarters to upgrade her LPGA credentials.
